Depends on your time-frame.

They are all good.

AIT while not being replaced by S-AIT will be complemented by it. It's
0.5TB per cartridge, coming out this summer or sooner.

If you want 0.5TB cartridges (I do for some video projects) here is the
preference order as I see it:

S-AIT
LTO-2
AIT
DLT
