Re: arsclist Antenna
I don't know if it has been covered, but some buildings have a ground loop, so even with an antenna on the building, with such a building if you are near radar, you will pick up their bleep on any recording devise, and will need to make a special direct ground of your equipment. We had this problem with the Performing Arts building at Oakland University in Michigan.

Subject: arsclist Antenna
| Hello all
|
| I am just about finished with our building project. I get no radio
| reception in this place. It is a 6000 sq ft steel building. Any suggestions
| as to what sort of antenna I need to rectify this abysmal situation?
|
| My apologies for a somewhat off-topic post, but I know the technical
| expertise exists on this list.
|
| Thanks!
