WAAC Resource File

By popular demand, the WAAC Resource File has been revised and updated, and it is now available once again for purchase!

For more than a year, the Resource File Committee has worked compiling and verifying entries for the new edition. There have been many changes and additions to the prior file, which was published in 1982.

The new WAAC Resource File includes over 400 manufacturers and suppliers of materials used by conservators and archivists, with special emphasis on vendors in the western United States. Resources are classified into 63 subject headings, and many subjects are further subdivided within their sections.

The WAAC Resource File is published as approximately 240 3x5 cards. Included with the File are self-adhering labels printed with subject headings, to affix to card dividers (not included). Periodically, WAAC publishes additional cards for the File which are distributed as an insert to the WAAC Newsletter.
