Turkey marble

A vein marble featuring white streaks, and executed by dropping blue color on a weak size of sprinkling water (which allows the blue to expand), followed by green sprinkled on the blue. The ox-gall used to produce the white veins is then sprinkled on the blue and green, followed by the ground color in large drops. Also called "stone marble." (161 )
