A rarely encountered gathering consisting of 36 leaves or 72 pages. The 36mo can be obtained by folding three sheets each with two parallel folds followed by two right angle folds. resulting in three 4-page sections which are then insetted. The 36mo is used when an OBLONG format is required. Written as 36mo or 36.
