A relatively thin, flexible board, used for file folders, expanding envelopes, and in some libraries as a temporary cover for periodical issues. It is produced from rope, jute, chemical wood pulps, and in some cases, with the addition of mechanical pulp. Thicknesses vary from 7 to 20 points. (17 )
