ordinary book-volume
A book defined by the Library Binding Institute to
be an ordinary-sized graphic work consisting of an
appreciable number of leaves or sections produced
originally as a unit and submitted for binding,
rebinding, or prebinding as such a unit and not
requiring special handling. An ordinary
book-volume ranges in height from approximately 6
to 12 inches, a proportional width and a thickness
not exceeding 2 inches. (209 )
