Richard A. Matula has resigned as president of the Institute of Paper Science and Technology in Atlanta. Ronald B. Estridge will serve as interim president until a search committee finds a permanent successor.
Daniel Mulligan, chairman of ASTM D 06, has joined the Regenex division of Pellerin Milnor Corp. in Kenner, Louisiana, as technical director of pulp and paper products.
