Alkaline Recycled Papers

This list was compiled from several sources. When time permitted, listings were verified by contacting the companies, but some errors may remain. The "Uses" column, for instance, does not classify the papers consistently because terminology in the industry is not stable or exact, and different sources may use different terms for the same papers. Paper grades printed in bold are those that passed high-speed photocopier runnability tests performed for the USGPO, the State of Wisconsin, Kodak and Pitney Bowes.

Our sources did not indicate the type of recycled fibers used (pre- or post-consumer waste). This information can be obtained from the manufacturer.
