An Appeal for the Return of Those Questionnaires

The Abbey Publications office sent out a new questionnaire in May on permanent papers, to fill in the obvious gaps in the list which appeared in this newsletter last October. So far, only 8 of 42 companies have responded.

This list is already relied upon by a growing number of purchasing agents in the states requiring the use of permanent paper. Yet it has obvious omissions, including seven of the companies on a list of "Manufacturers of Permanent Paper," compiled for the 1989 Commitment Day celebration at the New York Public Library.
