Re: textile machine ID

I would send this along to Carpet and Rug Institute and ask them; they have a lot of good information on textile manufacturing history.  One of their member mills may be able to help as well.

Hello All!

I need an identification. This machine was found in our collection, but we really dont have any textile experts here. Can anyone tell me what it was for and a date? We think possibly for brushing cloth. Does it have an official name?

As always: Thank You!

Melissa
