ICOM-CC TWG Interim Meeting Krakow Poland May 2007 and Triennial Meeting 2008

Hello everyone. 1) The Registration information on the upcoming Interim Conference on Upholstery+ is available! It is going to be a wonderful conference in Krakow, Poland May 13-18, 2007. This will be a joint Interim meeting with the Leather Working Group and the Wood/Furniture/Lacquer Working Group. There will be simultaneous translation English/Polish, great presentations and posters all four days! Please plan to attend! You are cordially invited!

2) Call for papers for the next Triennial Meeting has been announced recently as well Please see the website http://www.icom-cc.org/TriennialMeetings/  The theme of the Triennial Meeting will be “Diversity in Heritage: Tradition, Innovation, & Participation”  and will feature how different “best practices” may be under different circumstances, climates, traditions. I attach the “call for papers” Abstracts are due April 13, 2007! Send me an abstract please!
