Thank you Jane for your quick responce to my query. The artist has offered
me pieces of the fabric and old 'Xerox' samples to test. He did talk about
the production of the art work, saying he fed the fabric through the
photocopy machine. The image has certainly held up well, it is the
surrounding fabric which is in poor condition.
