Search for Fabrics Databases

Dear members,

I am currently a student at NC State University, College of Textiles, 
working on a project concerning the implementation of a digital fabrics 
database.
As members of the textile conservation profession, you must know or use this 
kind of databases.
I am just trying to set up a list of organisms or faculty which own such 
databases, digital or not, in order for us to get some contacts.
I would appreciate if you could help me.
