[padg] Follow-up from Book and Paper Interest Group

Good morning,

During the BPIG discussion last Saturday
I mentioned the ALA-RBMS Guidelines for the Digitization of Special Collections
Task Force that ended it's mission as of Annual. They hope to become a
standing group of some sort, we will have to stay tuned for whether that
happens. I promised to post the link to their documents, so here it is.
