Does anyone have guidelines for best practices for custodial work (cleaning
floors, e. g.) or building maintenance work (changing light bulbs, window
washing, etc.) in and around collections?  Has anyone ever worked with
building maintenance/custodial staff to train them in a preservation
approach to their work?  

If you reply off-line, I'll happily summarize what I learn and share it
back.
