[PADG:385] Chicago PADG posters

All,

Good afternoon. The PADG meeting for Annual this year will be held in Chicago on Friday, the 24th of June, from 2 pm to 5 pm, approximately 15 weeks from now. Based on both informal evaluations from poster presenters themselves and positive feedback from the audience, we will be hosting Round 2 of the PARS poster sessions in Chicago. Having requested a much larger room from the ALCTS office for this session, Jane and I hope to have plenty of space for each poster and its presenter.

So, staying with the model successfully articulated in Boston, Jane and I are soliciting poster session ideas again for Chicago. Attached are revised guidelines that take into account what we learned in Boston. Please give it a look when you have time. If you have something new and innovative or something tried and true that works especially well for you, and you think others in the field might benefit from the knowledge, please contact the PADG co-chairs Jane Hedberg ( jane_hedberg@xxxxxxxxxxx ) or Cathy Mook ( cmook@xxxxxxx ) with your idea.

DEADLINE for poster session idea submission: Wednesday, April 13th at 5pm.

Jane and I will evaluate the ideas and alert the 8 presenters by April 20th, so they will have two months to assemble their posters.
