[PADG:1281] reading room lights

I would appreciate recommendations for rare book room table reading lights.
I need something with a cool lamp and good spectrum, for large reading
tables.  I thought there was a discussion about ones in the British Library,
but I can't dredge up anything in the archives.  Thanks in advance,
