digital projects librarian
My institution will be hiring a "digital projects librarian" in the near
future. This person will be responsible for the development of digital
imaging projects, including electronic reserve as well as the digitization
of special collections materials. I would be interested in hearing from
other institutions that have such a position. To whom does this person
report? What kinds of skills are required/preferred? I would appreciate
seeing job descriptions, as well as hearing any additional words of wisdom.
