Moving library collections

Numerous construction projects over the next few years will precipitate
the moving of many Smithsonian Institution Libraries collections.  Materials
to be moved include rare and non-rare.  Collections might be boxed and
placed in storage; moved to swing spaces; or moved to new locations.  

I am looking for copies of move RFP's and contracts that other libraries
have used.  if you have such a document and would be willing to share it,
please forward a copy to me:
