PARS Leadership Guidelines draft--reminder

April 1, 1998 is the closing date for comments on the draft of the PARS
Guidelines.  It's very important that the people who are going to be using
this document to get PARS business done in the most efficient and
effective manner provide input concerning its structure and content.
