Re: paper microfilm fasteners
At the University of Oregon, we install paper wrappers as we process
newly received film, as we transfer film from branches into the main
microforms collection, and as we inventory our holdings for the USNP.
(We don't have the manpower or supply budget to tackle a complete
overhaul now or in the visible future.) As a micropublisher, we are now
shipping film with paper wrappers.
