Administrative reminder

Please note that the name and address of the author of a message appearing
on this list will be found on the first line of the body of the text. The
"From:" line in the header of any message indicates the name and address of
the moderator who forwarded the contribution to the list. 

If you want to send a personal response to any communication please use
the author's address, not the moderator's (except, of course, when the two
are identical). Unless clearly labeled as as private communication to a
moderator, anything relevant to micat-l which is sent to a moderator may
be forwarded to the entire list.
