imaging techniques such as IR imaging, UV-Induced Visible
Fluorescence Imaging, and others. Extensive computer skills
related to digital imaging and digital imaging software
including Photoshop and multiple types of camera control
software. Experience working across platforms (i.e. Windows and
Macintosh operating systems). Proficient with various imaging
software suites such as Adobe and Hasselblad products. This
position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and
deliver deadline driven work as well as the ability and
knowledge of careful practices in working with VMFA's African
    art collection.

Qualifications:

This position requires a BFA or higher in photography or a
related communication arts and design degree. Demonstrated
experience with fine art reproduction photography or similar
technical reproduction experience. The selected applicant
should have considerable experience with scientific imaging
techniques, advanced digital imaging including various formats
of digital capture, scanning, and printing, as well as extensive
