All are welcome to attend a special half-day symposium hosted by the
Asian Art Museum on the techniques, history, and conservation of
mother-of-pearl lacquerware objects from Korea.  The symposium is
held in conjunction with the special exhibition "Mother-of-Pearl
Lacquerware from Korea", on view in the Tateuchi Gallery through
October.
