Steam pencil

V&A Paper and Book Conservation have for years used a 'Ministeam'
steam pencil made by R.D.G.  Instruments Ltd.  for removing tape,
linings and repairs adhered with gum or animal glue.  Unfortunately
it no longer works and all efforts to repair it have failed.  Does
anyone know of a company that supplies suitable steam pencils for
this kind of work?  Any suggestions would be very welcome.
