XRF Boot Camp for Conservators
Stichting Restauratie Atelier Limburg and Bonnefantenmuseum
Maastricht, the Netherlands
November 8-11, 2016

The Getty Conservation Institute and the Yale Institute for the
Preservation of Cultural Heritage (IPCH) together with the Stichting
Restauratie Atelier Limburg (SRAL), present the 2016 XRF Boot Camp
at SRAL and the Bonnefantenmuseum in Maastricht, the Netherlands.

During the workshop, participants will gain in-depth training in the
principles of X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy and practical
instruction on the collection and interpretation of data, focusing
primarily on qualitative analysis and the use of handheld
instrumentation.

The workshop fee of Euro750 covers the cost of course notes,
workbooks, materials, and catering (coffee breaks and reception).
Participants are responsible for all travel and lodging costs.

Application deadline is May 13, 2016.
