Survey on animal sinew

As part of my master-thesis titled "animal-sinews used as patching/
lamination (fr. l'interieur ou la lamination) for increasing
wood-defects on medieval art and cultural heritage" I have been
looking into the use of animal sinews (fr. tendons d'animaux) as a
replacement for flax tows (fr. les etoupes), the resemblance of
which is quite astonishing.

I would therefore like to ask for your assistance by filling out a
brief questionnaire (including pictures inside) that would provide
me with quantitative data for my thesis.
