Workshop and Evening Lecture on Parchment
Corpus Christi College
Cambridge, UK
22-24 March 2016

The Icon Book and Paper Group Co-operative Training Register is
delighted to present its next training opportunity, showcasing
current conservation, preservation and scientific research on
historic parchment, generously hosted by Corpus Christi College
Cambridge and supported by the Claire Hampson Trust.

Beginning with a two-day knowledge based workshop for twenty five
participants, contributors from the fields of heritage science and
conservation will share their expertise through lectures, practical
demonstrations, and discussions in which participants are invited to
play an active role. At the end of the first day there will be an
evening lecture by Jiri Vnoucek open to a larger audience. The
third day will consist of a practical workshop, open to six
participants.
