University of Cambridge Museums (UCM) in partnership with the
British Library is organising a one-day course in Managing Projects
in Conservation and Collections Care, Intermediate Level.

Cost: UKP100

This course will provide those working in conservation and
collections care with an understanding of how project management
techniques and principles can be applied to improve project
performance and delivery.  The course will include discussion of
real-world projects in conservation and collections care.The
programme assumes a basic understanding of project management
terminology and practices.
