Storing materials after mold remediation

I am trying to keep this as short as possible so this is the short
query: Are there guidelines as to when it is safe to store artwork
in a storage room after mold remediation? The room was cleaned with
MAR-T54 (see attached) and then the walls coated with MAR-T108 (also
attached).

Longer story:

In a secured, climate-control storage space mold was found on the
wall. Mold was only found on the wall and not found anywhere else
in the room. The source of dampness (office above) was identified
and fixed.

The room mainly contains mounts, pedestals, packing material, and
electronic equipment for installation but is also used as crate
storage and overflow art storage when necessary.

As we're a university building, our university facilities folks took
over the room and did a thorough clean out. A lot of things were
simply disposed of, everything else--walls, ceiling, duct-work,
shelving, etc--were cleaned.

I'm expecting the university will release the room back to me in the
near future: I will get a signed clearance that says it is safe to
use.

If the room was simply painted, I would wait out an off-gassing
period before using the room. Is there something similar I should
do after this cleaning and coating? How long?

I haven't been able to find anything about this in the mold recovery
literature.

Susan
