An intensive two-day conference exploring the use, performance,
maintenance, and preservation/restoration of

    Cast iron
    Wrought iron - structural steel
    AESS, stainless steel, and other steels used in new and existing
    buildings and monuments

plus an optional 1-day tour program on April 4, 2016 focusing on
fabrication facilities and on structures using these material

This international conference, organized by Technology and
Conservation, the MIT Department of Architecture's Building
Technology Program, and the Boston Society of Architects' Historic
Resources Committee, will be held on the MIT campus in Cambridge,
Massachusetts.  Continuing education credits will be available.
