FAIC scholarships

The Foundation of the American Institute for Conservation (FAIC) is
now accepting applications for five scholarships to fund upcoming
professional development opportunities.  Check out the guidelines on
our website to see if you qualify to apply for funding this year.
Applications are due February 15, 2016.

FAIC/Mellon Photograph Workshop Professional Development Scholarship

    Scholarships up to $1,000, plus waiver of registration fees, are
    available to help defray professional development costs for
    international attendees.  Proposed projects are limited to
    expenses related to attending FAIC Collaborative Workshops in
    Photograph Conservation

FAIC/NEH Individual Professional Development Scholarship

    Scholarships up to $1,000 are available to help defray
    professional development costs for individual members of AIC who
    are U.S. residents.  Proposed projects are limited to expenses
    related to attending FAIC workshops supported by the NEH

FAIC/Tru Vue International Professional Development Scholarship

    Scholarships up to $1,500 are available to help individual
    members of AIC defray costs for attending international
    professional development events, such as workshops, conferences,
    and symposia

FAIC Individual Professional Development Scholarship

    Scholarships up to $1,000 are available to help defray
    professional development costs for Professional Associate or
    Fellow members of AIC.  Proposed projects may include seminars,
    courses, research, or other continuing education endeavors that
    support the professional development of AIC members.  This award
    is not available to support expenses for attending the AIC
    Annual Meeting, with the exception of workshop fee

Workshop Development Grant

    Grants of up to $1000 are available for the purpose of
    developing continuing education workshops for conservation
    professionals and other interested individuals.  Funds may be
    used to help defray costs for instructor fees, instructor
    travel, materials, and supplies needed for the workshop
