About the Role The Manager, Collection Care manages the onsite and offsite storage and conservation of the State Library's collections and provides strategic advice on the delivery of physical and digital preservation, conservation and onsite and offsite storage services to protect the State's most valuable cultural asset. Essential Requirements Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience working in a collecting institution. Significant experience in policy and strategy development and implementation. Awareness and understanding of physical and/or digital preservation; knowledge of conservation and storage policy, procedures and standards.
