Latin American libraries

This post is on behalf of Nilda Lopez Fernandez.  She is a legal
advisor at Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Tegucigalpa, Honduras where
work is underway to recover their historical archives.  She also
works with other archives in Honduras on recovery projects.

She is looking for assistance in the area of archives, preservation,
and conservation from either an institution or individual that has
an interest or history of working with Latin American Libraries.
