The Etruscan Foundation Conservation Fellowship

The Etruscan Foundation Conservation Fellowship is designed to
support conservation in all areas of Etruscan and pre-Roman Italy.
The fellowship is open to U.S., Canadian and European citizens who
are conservators, students enrolled in North American conservation
degree programs, or students seeking pre-program conservation
experience in preparation for entrance into an accredited
conservation program. First year conservation graduate students and
students seeking pre-program conservation experience must be under
the supervision of an experienced conservator at the program site.
The Conservation Fellowship may be used for archaeological
conservation treatment, analysis, museum study, or research on
Etruscan or pre-Roman artifacts contained in collections within the
United States or Italy.

The Etruscan Foundation Conservation Fellowship carries an award of
$2,000. This fellowship is intended to support travel to and from
Italy, travel within Italy, meals and lodging during conservation or
research activity, and ancillary materials and equipment for the
fellow Etruscan Foundation member. Recipients are expected to seek
other sources of funding for all additional conservation expenses.
