The post is full-time and the hours of work are 37 hours per week,
Monday-Friday.

We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and committed individual to
take up the post of Conservator at the Borthwick Institute,
University of York on a fixed term basis until the end of December
2015.

The post holder will work as part of a small team in the Borthwick
Institute contributing to the preservation and conservation of the
Borthwick's holdings and to advocate for the importance of
preservation.

The post holder will work closely with other members of conservation
and archives staff in the Borthwick Institute, in particular the
Preservation Archivist, the conservation technician and conservation
volunteers.
