Paintings Conservator Oakland Museum of California Part time, 3 days/week The Oakland Museum of California (OMCA) is currently seeking an experienced Paintings Conservator (3 days/week) to assist the Senior Conservator in the Collections and Information Access Center. The Paintings Conservator is responsible for the treatment of paintings in the collection, and advising on proper conditions for their protection in storage, on exhibition, or on loan. Incumbent performs skilled conservation work on collections within their specialization including research, examination, documentation, treatment, and preventive maintenance.
