Permanent post, 14 hours per week by arrangement

Salary: UKP23,832 probationary rate rising to UKP25,373 per annum
(pro rata)

Lambeth Palace Library, the historic library and archive of the
Archbishops of Canterbury, wishes to recruit a Reprographics Officer
(part-time).

Duties include providing copies of manuscript, archive and printed
materials, primarily in digital formats, for users of the Library
and other purposes.  The postholder will administer the service on a
day-to-day basis, keeping accurate records of orders and payments.
Other responsibilities include maintaining the digital image bank,
storing new images with standard metadata according to agreed
procedures.

Candidates should have proven experience and aptitude in digital
photography, as well as excellent customer service ability and good
IT skills.  We're also looking for someone who is able to prioritise
and work well under pressure, and who is able to work accurately and
methodically.  The ability to handle material with due care for
preservation and security, according to guidelines and the advice of
colleagues, is also essential.
