Workshop on XRF

XRF Boot Camp for Conservators

The Getty Conservation Institute and the Institute for the
Preservation of Cultural Heritage (IPCH) at Yale University are
pleased to announce the second jointly-organized XRF Boot Camp to
take place November 18-21, 2014 at the Getty Villa in Malibu,
California.

Focusing on primarily on qualitative analysis and the use of
handheld instrumentation, the 2014 Boot Camp will provide in-depth
training in the principles of X-ray florescence spectroscopy
through interactive lectures paired with laboratory activities.

Application materials and additional details will be posted in July
2014.
