experienced paper conservator for full-time employment.

In addition, the applicant should have at least a year of practical
work experience in a studio or lab setting.  This position requires
a team-oriented personality, organizational mind, easy-going
attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a
sense of humor.

Daily responsibilities include:

    Identify, diagnose and propose treatments for conservation
    projects.

    Undertake treatments and develop new methodologies for
    conservation and sustainable preservation in accordance with
    American Institute for Conservation's Code of Ethics and
    Guidelines for Practice.

    Ensure accurate written and photographic documentation for
    conservation examinations and treatments.

    Disseminate research through publications, presentations,
    conferences and workshops.
