Workshop on the Cleaning of Acrylic Painted Surfaces (CAPS)

The Getty Conservation Institute (GCI) and the Canadian Conservation
Institute (CCI) are pleased to announce CAPS 2014 to be held August
12-15, 2014 at CCI in Ottawa.

CAPS 2014 will include lectures on new research, technology and
practical advances, much of which has been developed by the course
instructors themselves.  Participants will be provided with
commercially available and custom-prepared cleaning materials for
testing on paint films.  The workshop will be held in English,
however the lecture materials will be shared in both English and
French.

The cost is USD $500 and payable within 30 days of acceptance.  The
deadline for application is April 25, 2014.  Full details on
