It is equally important that you're an experienced project manager, with proven project and people management skills, who can lead a team to meet deadlines. Your expertise will make you part of the management team, with the chance to collaborate with people and project manage initiatives across the organisation and with managers within CCC. You should understand the demands of a customer-focussed (but business-based) environment and be passionate about working in team structures, within CCC, and across the disciplines of a large scale heritage site organisation, both internally and externally.
