The New York Chapter of the Association for Gravestone Studies (AGS)
is pleased to announce its second meeting, to be held on May 10,
2014.  The event will take place at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery,
Westchester, from 9 am - 5 pm

The meeting will include talks on funerary history and green
burials, conservation, archaeology, public programming, the deceased
of Sleepy Hollow, and 19th century funerary sculpture.

In the afternoon a tour of of the cemetery will be offered, led by
Jim Logan, Sleepy Hollow Cemetery Historian, or Christina Orban-La
Salle, Director, Programs, Tours and Visitor Services at Sleepy
Hollow Cemetery.
