Mold in rubberized fabric

We have received a world war II-era Civil Defense medical kit. It
included a piece "Synthetic Rubber Sheeting." The item has mold on
it. The mold is a white talcum powder appearance.

We have frozen it for an extended period of time at -55 Deg C and
vacuumed the sheeting.

What do you recommend to clean off the remaining mold?
