Article on the Dar al-Kutub

From: Jake Benson <boundbyhand<-a>
Date: Sunday, February 9, 2014
My colleague Elena Chardakliyska published an article describing the
impact of the recent bombing in the Bab al-Khalq section of Cairo
upon the manuscript exhibition of the Dar al-Kutub, the National
Library of Egypt, located in the same building as the Museum of
Islamic Art in Cairo. Most reports have focused on the Museum on
the ground floor, but this article clarifies several points that
have been incorrectly reported by various news media outlets.
