Project Management in Conservation and Collections Care

University of Cambridge Museums (UCM) with the Institute for
Conservation (Icon) and the Victoria and Albert Museum is organising
a one day course in Managing Projects in Conservation and
Collections Care.

Cost: UKP100

The course will explore the practical application of the principles
of project management in conservation and collections care. The
participants will work on case studies and use tools and implement
techniques that will help them to efficiently run small and mid-size
projects.
