Workshop and Symposium on Cultural Property Risk Analysis Lisbon 14-16 September 2011 <URL:http://protectheritage.com/Lisbon2011> Symposium on Cultural Property Risk Analysis 14 September 2011 We invite you to participate in the International Symposium and Workshop on Cultural Property Risk Analysis. This three day event is being held in association with the ICOM-CC Preventive Conservation Working Group and is sponsored by the Society for Risk Analysis. It will take place at the Faculdade de Ciencias e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa September 14-16, 2011. This Symposium will feature lectures and poster presentations describing risk assessment cases, technical issues and studies related to risk assessment, communication and management, and related topics. Abstracts not exceeding 500 words should be submitted on or before 2010 December 15, 2010 to lisbon2011<-at->protectheritage<.>com Please indicate whether the presentation will be a lecture (maximum 20 minuntes) or poster. Workshop on Cultural Property Risk Analysis 15-16 September 2011 The two day interactive workshop introduces a method of risk assessment and management based on the award winning Cultural Property Risk Analysis Model (CPRAM). Participants will gain a sound understanding of collection risk assessments, and will learn, and experience, how it is done.
