Conservator for bird specimen sought

This message is primarily for any private conservators in the
Toronto, Ontario or SW Ontario region.  An archives at a university
has a taxidermied hawk, spray painted gold, that they would like a
conservator to assess for any conservation needs. Any private
conservators in this region deal in this type of specimen?
