Database and software for conservation records

We are looking for software recommendations for collecting and
storing conservation treatment records for books, flat paper and
photos. We currently use Filemaker, but would like to move away from
that since it doesn't allow us to store many images with the
narrative description of treatment. We're looking for an "off the
shelf" package that will allow us to enter narrative treatment
records, along with digital images.
